He is an expert at opening up communication within an organization and helping the teams resolve internal conflict which allows them to create a higher external quality client/customer experience.
For over 25 years he has worked with clients such as: Quicken Loans, Detroit Windsor Tunnel, ZSi-Foster, The Decor Group, Pulte Homes, The Institute of Management Accountants, Virginia Tile, Detroit Metropolitan Airport, and many other small and mid-size businesses and organizations.
Tom is the author four books and his articles have been published in multiple publications including Crain’s Detroit Business, Irrigation and Green Industry Magazine, and Entrepreneur Magazine.
