Her passion for helping people turn their thoughts into success extends beyond business--Joan also devotes a significant amount of time working with families living in poverty. In one case, she has continued to work with a family for over fifteen years, helping them become self-sufficient and reach their goal of home ownership in Northern Virginia in 2014. In addition, Joan co-founded the non-profit LetsGiveBack.org. When she's not helping clients achieve their personal success, Joan can be found spending time with her two young adult children, coaching the Women's Training Program in Reston, traveling or volunteering.
